Soma gained invaluable leadership and customer services skills, over many years working in high profile positions within the police, defence and aviation sectors.

He has a track record of success in operations, project management and various other roles in GMR, the Police Dept, the British Army and MAG. He holds an MBA from the University of West London and a Commercial Pilot Licence (issued by UK CAA). Along with his qualifications and technical abilities, Soma is an experienced people manager who takes pride in helping people and organisations with his respectful work ethic. He is determined to explore and seize opportunities to help make a difference by utilising his strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills in the aviation industry.

Soma’s passion for aviation is further expressed through his dedication to aiding a UK registered charity, Aviation Action where he produces and hosts the podcast show in support of aviation colleagues.
